The Sluice is located near Jewsons in Hayle. As the tide comes in it forms a standing wave that can vary enormously depending on the height of the tide.
WARNING! On a large tide the wave can be very dangerous for inexperienced paddlers. Always make sure you have the appropriate training and rescue cover.
